The Novara Blast name, logo, game design, level structures, artwork, animation, sound effects, music, text and source code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to their respective owners.
This content may not be copied, distributed, modified or used commercially without written permission.
Third-party components
The game and server infrastructure use third-party software and services under their own licence terms, including:
- Application framework and runtime libraries (under open-source licences).
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising.
- Google Firebase for notifications and optional analytics and crash reporting.
- Apple App Store and Google Play purchasing libraries.
- Google, Apple and Facebook sign-in components.
- Open-source database, cache and web libraries used on the server.
Open-source licences
The full list of open-source libraries and their licence texts can be viewed in the app under Settings → About → Licenses. You may also request the list in writing.
Each component is used under its own licence (for example MIT, Apache 2.0 or BSD) and the relevant copyright notices are preserved.
Your submissions
By submitting a support request, survey answer or bug report you allow us to use that content to resolve your issue and improve the service. Do not submit other people’s personal data or copyright-protected material.
Using our brand
You may refer to Novara Blast in news, reviews, streams and video content under fair use, as long as you do not imply official endorsement. For commercial partnerships and use of brand assets, request written permission at [email protected].
Reporting infringement
If you believe the game infringes your rights, send a detailed notice through the form at https://novarablast.com/#iletisim. Include proof of ownership, the content you believe infringes and your contact details; we will review the claim and take the necessary steps.
