By downloading, registering for or using Novara Blast (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required by local law. If you are not legally an adult, parental permission may be required. You are responsible for your guest or registered account, login credentials and device access. Do not provide false, misleading or third-party information.
2. Limited licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game and its content are licensed, not sold; intellectual property rights remain with Novara Blast and the relevant rights holders.
3. Gameplay and live content
Levels, elements, reactions, economy, quests, rewards, campaigns, advertising placements, leaderboards and other LiveOps features may be remotely updated for balance, security or technical reasons. Features may differ by version, platform, region, account or experiment group.
4. Virtual currency and items
Gold, spins, rewards, boosters and other virtual items are licensed digital entitlements usable only in the Game. They are not money, deposits or property and may not be sold, transferred or redeemed outside the Game. Items obtained through error, cheating, chargeback or abuse may be corrected or removed.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store’s payment, cancellation and refund rules. Price, tax and currency are shown by the store. We do not receive full payment card details. Contact support through the secure form for a valid entitlement that was not delivered.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Depending on configuration, the Game may display banner, interstitial or rewarded advertising. A rewarded-ad benefit is granted only after successful completion is verified. Stores, advertising, social-login and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, automation, unauthorized clients, emulator abuse or manipulate game outcomes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, attack or bypass security controls protecting the Game or APIs.
- Disrupt the service, servers, economy, leaderboards or another player’s experience.
- Sell or transfer accounts, virtual items, referral rewards or purchase entitlements, or submit fraudulent transactions.
- Submit illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.
8. Leaderboards and submissions
Your display name and score may be visible to other players on leaderboards. Content submitted through support, surveys or bug reports may be used as necessary for technical review and support; do not submit another person’s personal or intellectual-property information without permission.
9. Restriction and termination
Violation of these Terms, law or fair-play rules may lead to transaction rejection, reward reversal, feature restriction, or temporary or permanent account closure. Where appropriate, you may appeal through support. You can delete your account in the application.
10. Updates and availability
We may require a minimum version or mandatory update for security or compatibility. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network conditions, store review, force majeure or technical failure. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Intellectual property
The Novara Blast name, logos, characters, artwork, software, game design, audio, text and other content belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
12. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability for indirect loss or events outside our reasonable control is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer-law and jurisdiction rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We encourage you to seek resolution first through the secure contact form.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms for service, store-rule or legal changes. Material changes will be notified through appropriate channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where separate consent is not legally required.
