Who handles refunds?
All payments in Novara Blast are collected by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because we never see your card details and do not receive the payment, refunds are assessed by the relevant store under its own policy.
Requesting a refund on the App Store (iPhone / iPad)
- Sign in at https://reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account.
- Choose “I’d like to report a problem”.
- Find the Novara Blast purchase, select a reason and submit the request.
Alternatively, on iPhone use Settings → your Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
Requesting a refund on Google Play (Android)
- Open https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Find the Novara Blast order and choose “Report a problem”.
- Select the refund reason and submit the form.
Within the first 48 hours after purchase you can also request a refund directly in the Play Store app.
Cancellation and refunds
Requesting a refund does not cancel a subscription. To stop future billing, cancel Novara Elite separately in your store settings; the steps are in the Subscription Terms.
Consumer rights
Under Turkish distance-selling legislation, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to intangible goods that are supplied instantly in electronic form. In the European Union, when you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content you may waive the 14-day withdrawal right.
None of this removes the stores’ discretionary refund practices or your mandatory consumer rights.
What we can do directly
If you were charged but the gold, tokens or subscription entitlement never reached your account, contact us: we will verify the store record and grant the entitlement manually. This is usually faster than a refund.
For an accidental purchase or one made by your child, we will point you to the right store refund channel and provide the information you need.

After a refund
When a store approves a refund, the purchased gold, tokens or subscription entitlements are removed from your account. Progress obtained through refunded purchases may be corrected, and repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.
